Atheneum Advisors<\/a>, a Romanian corporate advisory firm, has obtained Authorized Advisor status for the AeRO MTS, the Bucharest Stock Exchange\u2019s alternative trading system for shares and bonds. The company was founded in 2021 by Bogdan Mugescu and aims to work with local entrepreneurs seeking to access the capital market to finance their growth <\/p>\n

\u201cWith the momentum seen in the local capital market over the past two to three years, more and more entrepreneurs are looking to the Bucharest Stock Exchange to raise capital. Listing financial instruments on the BVB requires thorough preparation, both before and after the opening bell, and we set out to provide companies with all the services they need: communications, investor relations, PR, as well as financial and legal audit together with our partners. At the same time, alongside authorized brokers, we will work on preparing the Memorandum\/Prospectus, the pre-listing documents, and the periodic and current post-listing disclosures,\u201d said Bogdan Mugescu, Managing Partner and Founder of Atheneum Advisors.<\/p>\n

The company aims to attract both new companies to the BVB\u2019s Main Market and AeRO, and to collaborate with a number of companies that are already listed. <\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to the services provided to entrepreneurs seeking to access the capital market, Atheneum Advisors will take on M&A (mergers and acquisitions) mandates for companies looking to attract a minority investor or pursue a full exit to an investment fund or a strategic investor. In this process, the company will provide support services such as financial and legal due diligence, market valuation, identifying potential buyers, and full assistance through to the completion of the transaction.<\/span><\/p>\n
